I have two staff members who answer the phone, make appointments, runs the front desk, and are in charge of taking messages and transmitting them to me for review. They assist in calling in prescriptions to pharmacies and facilitating requisitions for radiology services.
One of them greets you at the start of your appointment, gathers your insurance and demographic information and collects any fees. They are my ‘front line’ presence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with their ‘service’ to you please feel comfortable to inform me directly.
